Renter’s Reward

The Inverbrass Funds has awarded this prospective renter a $150 Renter’s Reward credit to be applied to their 4th month’s rent, under the following conditions:

1. The renter rented the apartment solely on the basis of Inverbrass’s website and not through the assistance of another person or company.  If any commission is required to be paid on this lease, then the Reward is null and void.
2. This reward will not be used in conjunction with any other “specials”, such as, free rent.
3. The renter has to remain current in their lease obligations.

If it is discovered during the term of the lease that any of the above is not true, then the Renter’s Reward credit will be taken back.
